Assistant Director of CBHC Urgent Care and MCI Programs

Lesley Ayala has extensive experience in administrative and clinical roles within the human services and education sectors. From March 2016 to December 2018, Lesley worked at Home Care Aide Council as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager. Subsequently, at Eliot Community Human Services, Lesley served as a Case Manager and Assistant Director of CBHC Urgent Care and MCI Programs, overseeing operations and service delivery across multiple locations. Additional positions include Director of Mobile Crisis Intervention, CBHC Director of Triage Services, and CBHC Stabilization Manager for Urgent Care. Prior experience includes being a Head Teller at Century Bank and Trust and an MSW Intern at Riverside Community Care. Lesley also held a teaching role at Somerville Public Schools. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Boston College and a Master’s degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Regis College.
