Jennifer Harakal

Jennifer Harakal is an accomplished regulatory affairs professional, currently serving as Head of Regulatory Affairs Practice at ELIQUENT Life Sciences since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer was Head of Regulatory Affairs at Canopy Life Sciences, where the focus was on developing and growing the Regulatory Affairs division with an emphasis on integrity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Jennifer is also a member of Chief, an organization aimed at empowering women executives. Earlier experience includes serving as Practice Leader for Regulatory Strategy at Opus Regulatory Inc., where strategies were developed to enhance client engagement in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Jennifer began a career at sanofi-aventis as Senior Manager for Regulatory Products Support. Education was completed at Rutgers University.
