Matteo Barbierato, PMP®, is an experienced professional in Operational Excellence and Project Management, currently serving as the Referente Area Operational Excellence & Project Management at the ELIS Innovation Hub since October 2016. Matteo oversees a team of over 35 consultants, fostering client relationships and managing projects related to Digital Transformation. Noteworthy projects include leading the Smart Alliance initiative in collaboration with NTT DATA and supervising consulting projects for the Real Estate Directorate at BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas. Matteo's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Luiss Business School, alongside degrees in Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and Universidad de Sevilla, complemented by strategic consultancy experience in social media marketing.
