Mayamiko Makoka

Mayamiko Makoka currently serves as the Human Resource and Administration Officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator and Supervisor at One Acre Fund from September 2019 to January 2024, and as a Human Resource Officer at Lexon & Lords Attorneys at Law from June 2018 to September 2019. Mayamiko also interned as an Assistant Human Resources Officer at the Lilongwe District Agriculture Development Office from November 2017 to May 2018, focusing on personnel management. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Research Assistant at Wadonda Consult from March 2014 to November 2014, conducting focus group discussions and interviews for data collection. Mayamiko holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from PLU (2016-2018) and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from ABE (2008-2010).
