Earlier experiences include managing director positions at Moment A/S and recruitment consultancy roles at Berlingske Tidende, Framfab, PwC, and Manpower Recruitment. Marie-Louise holds a BA in Communication from Aalborg University and has pursued additional studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
