Alaina Peterson

Alaina Peterson currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Ellevation Education since April 2024. Previously, Alaina held the position of Senior Learning Experience Designer at League from March 2022 to April 2024, where accomplishments included creating a scalable new hire onboarding program that significantly reduced turnover and facilitated a leadership development program with high satisfaction ratings. Additional experience as a Learning Experience Designer involved designing over 30 multimedia courses and engaging educational initiatives. Alaina’s earlier role as a Bilingual Instructor at Champaign Unit 4 Schools focused on improving student performance through data analysis and equitable access to education. Alaina holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, with a specialization in Bilingual Spanish/ESL, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
