Michael Trevisani

Michael F. Trevisani brings 15 years of experience as a Chief Medical Officer to his role at Ellis Medicine. Prior to joining Ellis, Dr. Trevisani served as CMO at HCA Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in Hudson, Fla., and as Interim CMO at Mount Carmel New Albany Surgical Hospital in Ohio.

Dr. Trevisani has deep ties to upstate New York. He earned his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse in 1984 and completed his undergraduate degree at Hamilton College in Clinton. He served as CMO at Mohawk Valley Health System in Utica for five years and prior to that was in the same position with UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich.

He holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Dr. Trevisani, whose medical specialty is in colon and rectal surgery, focuses on quality improvement at Ellis.
