Justin Bochat

Justin Bochat has over two decades of experience in engineering sales, currently serving as an Engineering Sales Representative at Ellsworth Adhesives since 2001. In this role, Justin focuses on achieving sales growth by building solid customer relationships and assisting design and manufacturing engineers in selecting optimal adhesive solutions while minimizing complexity and costs. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Sales Engineer at Swagelok, specializing in valves and fittings for various industries, including semiconductor and nuclear power. Earlier experience includes being a Territory Sales Representative at The Trane Company, where business was developed through a network of mechanical contractors. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and has completed multiple specialized training programs in adhesives and bonding solutions.
