Amalia Bastardo

Amalia Bastardo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Amalia currently works as a Human Resources Director at Elo7 since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture for many years, where they held various positions such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager for Financial Services Latam, Client Account HR Lead (Concrete), and Client Account HR Lead (Manager). Amalia was responsible for overseeing HR strategy, development, supply and demand, recruiting, learning and development, and people advisory.

Before joining Accenture, Amalia worked at Novartis as an HR Manager for OTC Mercosur, where they played a vital role in business decision-making and identifying HR improvement opportunities. Amalia also gained experience at DBM as a Development and Projects Manager and Consultant, where they were involved in career transitions orientation, relationship management, and project leadership.

Amalia's career journey began at TMP Worldwide, where they worked in research. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, including managing teams, interacting with top management, and leading large projects.

Amalia Bastardo completed their Education degree at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1992 to 1997. Amalia graduated with a BA in Education, with a concentration in Curriculum and Training Program Developing.
