Flavia Villani

Flavia Villani has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Flavia is currently the COO at Elo7, a role they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, Flavia worked as the Head of Brazil at dunnhumby, a global leader in customer data science, from February 2019 to March 2021. Flavia'sresponsibilities included implementing go-to-market strategies in Brazil, managing client relationships, leading a team, and delivering market results. Before joining dunnhumby, Flavia co-founded Yandeh, a technology startup focused on using data and analytics to enhance consumer supply chains, from April 2015 to April 2018. At Yandeh, they were responsible for designing and implementing the business model, acquiring and delivering clients, products, and projects. Flavia also has experience at Unilever, where they held the position of Director of Supply Chain from April 2008 to April 2015. Flavia started their career at Grupo Pão de Açúcar, where they worked their way up from a Trainee to a Marketing Manager from May 2000 to April 2008. Flavia began their professional journey as an intern at CHANDON in 1999.

Flavia Villani completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1995 to 1999. Flavia then went on to pursue a postgraduate degree, a Master's in Administration and Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. In 2020, Flavia Villani enrolled in the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, but the end year for this program is not specified.
