Thiago D. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Thiago started their career at McDonald's Corporation as a Financial Planning Analyst and then became a Franchise Finance Coordinator. Thiago later joined Warner Music Group as a Financial Planning Coordinator before returning to McDonald's as a Franchise Business Controller and eventually as a Senior Finance Manager - Franchise Operations. Thiago also worked as a Controller at Outback Steakhouse Brasil and held multiple positions at Starbucks, including Head of Finance and IT and CFO Brazil. Thiago further expanded their expertise as the CFO, Finance & Administration Director at NEXXYS - Enterprise Intelligence, where they developed and optimized an analytics platform. As the CFO, Director of Finance & Administration - Mercosur at Samsonite, Thiago was responsible for financial planning, accounting, treasury, and strategic credit and collection management. Prior to their current role as CFO, Chief Financial Officer at Elo7, Thiago served as the CFO & IRO at Westwing Brasil, overseeing finance, accounting, investor relations, and other key areas. Throughout their career, Thiago has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive financial performance, provide strategic guidance, and manage diverse teams and functions.

Thiago D. attended the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at the Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP) from 2003 to 2005. At FGV EAESP, Thiago completed an MBA program specializing in Finance & Business Administration, known as CEAG.

Additionally, Thiago obtained a certification in Financial Modeling from FK Partners in January 2021. This certification covered various subjects including Financial Statements, Valuation, M&A, Private Equity/LBO, Project Finance, and Advanced Modeling.
