Faith Shearer

Faith Shearer currently serves as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at Elon University since June 2002. Prior to this role, Shearer held similar positions at Johns Hopkins University from July 1999 to June 2002 and at Morgan State University from July 1997 to July 1999. Earlier in the career, Shearer worked as the Assistant Director of Athletics at North Carolina Central University and gained initial experience as a Service Bureau Assistant at the Big Eight Conference and a Freelance Writer for the NCAA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Smith College and a Master of Science in Organization Development and Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
