Lasse Palomaki

Lasse Palomaki currently serves as the Associate Director of Career Services for Alumni at Elon University, where responsibilities include developing career services for over 35,000 alumni, providing coaching and workshops, and enhancing alumni engagement. As the Founder and CEO of The Strategic Student, Lasse offers resources and coaching for high school and college students. Additional roles include Career Coach at Ama La Vida, where coaching covers a range of career-related topics, and Lecturer at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG. Previous experience includes Assistant Director of Talent Management at the University of South Florida, Professional Development Specialist at the Bryan School, and Sergeant in the Finnish Defence Forces, where exemplary leadership and mentoring were demonstrated. Lasse holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a focus on Human Resource Management, along with study experience at Université catholique de Louvain.
