Lena Hamm

Lena Hamm currently serves as the Leiterin Human Resources at ELPRO-BUCHS AG since August 2023 and concurrently holds the position of HR-Managerin. Previously, Lena worked at Bosch Switzerland from August 2020, progressing from HR-Spezialistin / Country Process Expert to Jr. HR Business Partner during the PreMaster Programm. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Professional in Projektmanagement at Schwarz IT KG and a Bachelor student focused on a thesis in personnel development at Schwarz Dienstleistungen KG. Lena also gained valuable experience as a Working student in the HR Group at Bosch Rexroth and as an Intern in the Human Resources Department. Concerning education, Lena earned a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate/Business Development from OST – Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with a concentration in Intercultural Studies from Hochschule Heilbronn.
