Michel Klaas

Michel Klaas is an experienced Anwendungstechniker currently at eltherm group since August 2025, having previously held a similar position at the same company from July 2018 to October 2019. From October 2019 to August 2025, Michel worked as a Research and Development Engineer at NobelClad, and prior to that, served as an Industriemechaniker at LINDE + WIEMANN Group from September 2009 to August 2016. Michel's educational background includes a degree in Maschinenbautechniker, Verfahrens,- und Umwelttechnik from Staatliche Technikakademie Weilburg, completed from August 2016 to June 2018, and a certification as a Geprüfter Fachmann für kaufmännische Betriebsführung from IHK Wiesbaden. Additionally, Michel has obtained qualifications in Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter (QMB) and completed training in UT1 and VT2 from VECTOR Technische Unternehmensberatung (TUB) GmbH.
