Tammy Potter

Tammy Potter has worked as a consultant and coach for Tammy Potter Ltd, a global talent director for Dyson, and a client champion for Wavelength. Tammy is currently the people director at Elvie. Tammy has also worked as an associate for Karen Walls Associates Limited and as a senior associate and facilitator for the Forward Institute.

Tammy Potter achieved a 2:1 Bsc from the University of Sussex in Psychology and North American Studies. Tammy followed this up with a BSc from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Psychology and North American Studies. After working for several years, they decided to return to education and achieved a PG Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester/ Barefoot Coaching. Tammy is also certified in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and Hogan Assessment Systems (Hogan Practitioner - HBRI, HPI, HDS, MVPI). Finally, they have a Certificate in Team Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
