Delia Rotaru (Sofonea) serves as VP People & Organisation at eMAG since February 2015, leading a team of over 100 individuals and driving the people agenda in a rapidly growing e-commerce environment. Prior to eMAG, Delia Rotaru (Sofonea) worked at Vodafone Romania from September 2006 to February 2015, holding various positions including HR Business Partner for the Enterprise Business Unit and Marketing functions, as well as managing Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's in Psychoanalysis from Titu Maiorescu University Bucharest, Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and International Business and Economics, alongside certifications and training in Analytical Psychotherapy and Management from esteemed institutions such as Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.
