Winston Tan

Winston Tan has a strong background in technology and software engineering. Winston currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Embracer Freemode, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CTO at Aionic Labs, which was acquired by Embracer Group.

Before their roles at Embracer, Winston co-founded Deep Sentinel in 2016 and served as the Principal Architect. Winston also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Banjo in 2015 and as a Software Engineer at Quid in 2014.

Winston has experience in lead roles as well, having served as the Lead Software Engineer at Fliptop from 2013 to 2014. Winston also co-founded and served as the CTO of RepFans & InsureMe.tw at Miaosheng Inc from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their technical roles, Winston has worked as a Presale and Security Analyst and a Software Engineer at Armorize Technologies, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Winston started their career as an Applications Software Consultant at Wincor Nixdorf in 2007 and as an Assistant at the International Trade Commission, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan from 2006 to 2007.

From 2002 to 2006, Winston Tan studied Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Central University, earning a B.S. degree.
