Jennifer Jacobs

Jennifer Jacobs, MSI, WAS, is currently a Digital Accessibility Specialist at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since August 2023. Prior experience includes a decade-long role as Digital Communications Specialist at Lake Michigan College, where responsibilities encompassed the strategic management of omni-channel digital communications and website oversight with significant traffic. Jennifer also served as Marketing Coordinator at Lake Michigan College, promoting community understanding of the institution's offerings, and as Marketing and Information Specialist at Abonmarche Consultants, where skills in graphic design, branding, and proposal management were utilized. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Editor at Greenback Advertising, University Archivist at the University of California, Irvine, and Assistant Archivist at the University of Michigan's Bentley Historical Library. Jennifer holds a Master of Information Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern California.
