Head of Global Labeling Strategy and Advertising Promotion at EMD Serono

As Head of Global Labeling Strategy and Advertising Promotion (Ad/Promo), Dan leads the combined Global Labeling & US and International Ad/Promo organizations. Dan joined EMD Serono in 2020 with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry between regulatory affairs and legal counsel.

In Dan’s previous role at Bristol Myers Squibb, formerly Celgene, he led a global labeling group and a US advertising and promotion group supporting a portfolio of oncology and immunology products. Before joining Celgene Dan was an assistant General Counsel for Daiichi Sankyo where he provided legal counsel for the Commercial teams, Compliance, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biology and Law degree from Seton Hall University.
