Rachel Walsh

Rachel Walsh, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Channel Operations & Customer Service at EMD Serono, Inc. since January 2017. Rachel has progressed through various roles at EMD Serono, including Associate Director and Regional Manager, showcasing a strong background in supply chain performance and optimization. Prior to EMD Serono, Rachel held positions at Merck KGaA in Germany, such as Inventory Specialist and Fixed Asset Specialist, and served as a Patient Access Coordinator at Steward Health Care. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Lasell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bridgewater State University.
