Morten Alhede

Morten Alhede is a Senior Partner at Emendo Consulting Group and Managing Partner at Emendo R&D, with extensive experience in consulting for pharmaceutical companies, specializing in project management and evaluation within microbiology and medical devices. Alhede's leadership skills are complemented by a strong background in systematic problem solving. Prior roles include Head of Biofilm Test Facility at the University of Copenhagen, focused on advanced microbiology for diagnostics and antimicrobial efficacy, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Københavns Universitet. Alhede holds a Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from the Technical University of Denmark, along with an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and a BSc in Microbiology from UNSW. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Sales Manager at Statoil and a Visiting PhD Student at Columbia University Medical Center.
