Ian first joined Emerald in 2011. As a Partner specialising in Application Software & Digital Transformation, he is responsible for running major accounts, driving our processes internally, and mentoring our consultancy team. Ian is laser-focused on Emerald’s mission of supporting hyper-growth technology vendors with hiring ‘A+’ talent and expanding their EMEA footprint.
