Jennifer Fox is currently the SVP of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel at Emergent BioSolutions. Jennifer has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as a Shareholder at Brinks Gilson and Lione, where they were Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors. Jennifer has also worked as a Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Attorney at Coats & Bennett, PLLC, where they built and led the firm’s Life Sciences and Biotechnology group. Jennifer began their career as a Staff Scientist at The National Institutes of Health before moving on to work as a Patent Agent/Patent Counsel at GSK.

Jennifer Fox graduated from The University of Toledo with a BS in Biology. Jennifer then attended North Carolina Central University School of Law, where they earned their JD cum laude. After law school, they pursued a career in architecture and earned their MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Toledo.
