Prior to Emerson, Mathias held significant finance positions at Emerson Process Management from July 2000 to 2008 and at Deutscher Turner-Bund, showcasing a diverse expertise in finance, IT, and compliance. Mathias holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Marketing from DHBW Mannheim and dual Executive MBAs from the University of Maryland and China Europe International Business School.
