Khaja Azharuddin

Khaja Azharuddin has extensive experience in IT service management, having served as a Senior Officer at Emirates Development Bank from May 2015 to February 2023, where notable achievements included the administration of ITSM (Manage Engine Service Desk Plus), successful implementation of the ITSM system, and leading the relocation of data centers and IT infrastructure. Prior to this role, Khaja worked as an Officer in IT Service Desk and as an IT Support Specialist, providing technical assistance and maintaining computer systems and networks. Khaja Azharuddin holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, where a score of 65% was achieved from January 2016 to January 2018.
