Jacqui Summons

Jacqui has more than 30 years of HR experience including senior HR roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Standard Chartered Bank and Accenture. More recently, Jacqui’s focus has been more exclusively in technology businesses. She held the Group human resources director role at Intec Telecom Systems for five years, leading a global HR team in providing HR support across more than 50 countries. She joined EMIS Group in 2017 from the UK business Clearswift, a leading provider of cyber security solutions.

Jacqui has a strong HR background across all HR disciplines and has supported a number of organisations through significant change, both organisationally and culturally. She has played an influential role within senior executive teams across many businesses in varied industries in the UK and internationally. She is a history graduate and holds a master’s degree in executive coaching.
