Brett Dawson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the creative and media sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Emotive since February 2015, Brett inspires and governs the leadership team to achieve long-term profitable growth. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Bohemia Group from October 2011 to June 2022, Brett focused on generating growth, leading the executive team, and developing innovative products while overseeing full P&L responsibilities. Brett also contributed as a Board Member of the Media Federation of Australia from January 2014 to December 2021, advocating for the interests of independent media agencies. Earlier career experiences include roles as Agency Director and Strategy Director at Ikon Communications from November 1999 to September 2011, overseeing agency products and new business initiatives. Brett holds a Commerce degree in Marketing from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of New England.
