Cecille Riggs

Cecille Riggs, PT, MBA, is the Vice President of Home Health including Empath Home Health, Empath Personal Care, and Empath Therapies. She provides oversight to both the skilled and private duty services within the organization. She joined Empath in October 2020. Cecille has more than 30 years of healthcare experience with leadership roles within the largest home health company and senior living organizations in the country. Previously she provided national oversight of home health care services as Divisional Vice President and national neurological clinical specialist for specialty programs for Brookedale HealthCare Services and Kindred Healthcare. Cecille is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from the University of St. Thomas and received her Master’s in Business Administration from Purdue University.
