Nafissatou Babylas Ndiaye

Nafissatou Babylas Ndiaye currently serves as the Head of People at USEmpathy since May 2025. Prior to this role, Nafissatou was a Senior People Partner at Multiverse from July 2022 to October 2024 and held the position of Senior People Operations Manager at Cityblock Health from August 2020 to July 2022. Earlier career experiences include various roles such as People Operations Manager and Senior People Partner, as well as a People Generalist and Senior HR Analyst at Oscar Health, and a Global Project Intern at African Hope Committee. Nafissatou holds a degree in International Relations and Affairs from Fordham University, having studied there from January 2010 to January 2015.
