Joya Nemley

Joya Nemley currently serves as Vice President of A&R Operations at EMPIRE since April 2025, following a similar role at Interscope Records from January 2022 to March 2024. Before that, Joya held various positions at Atlantic Records from 2013 to January 2022, including Director and Associate Director of A&R Administration, focusing on project management, negotiations, and process improvement. Joya managed artist Jesse Boykins III from 2008 to 2016, overseeing artist and brand management and partnerships. Experience also includes a managerial role in Global Services at Sony/ATV Music Publishing from 2000 to 2012, and earlier roles at Avis and 1800flowers.com. Joya is pursuing a Marketing Certificate at Hunter College.
