Prior to their current role, they worked as a Market Manager at Remedy Intelligent Staffing - Wisconsin.

Earlier in their career, Sommers held various managerial positions at Staffmark, where they were responsible for the operations and business development of the San Diego market. Jeffery demonstrated exceptional accountability in meeting and exceeding revenue targets. At Trucept, Smart-tek Automated, DBA: Solvis Medical Staffing, they served as a Branch Manager, overseeing healthcare staffing in multiple counties.

Sommers has also worked at Smart-Tek Automated Services as a Sales Manager, responsible for managing the Sales and Recruiting Department for their medical staffing business. Jeffery gained experience as a Sr. Recruiter at Solvis Medical Staffing and as a Physician Recruiter at CompHealth, where they actively sourced and recruited healthcare professionals.
