Andrew Godwin

Andrew Godwin, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Reporting at Empower since June 2020, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations and professional standards such as GAAP, IFRS, and STAT, as well as assisting with internal reporting projects. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at PwC from June 2016 to June 2020 as an Assurance Manager in the Digital Accelerator, leading teams in external audit engagements and consulting on accounting best practices. Andrew has also held positions as a Senior Associate at BKD CPAs & Advisors, a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, and an Audit Associate at Oklahoma State University, where roles included graduate assistant and accounting tutor. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Oklahoma State University, as well as a General Diploma from Edmond North High School.
