Hugo B.

Hugo B. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Transformation and Plan Services at Empower since 2021, Hugo previously held the position of Vice President and Director at Power Corporation of Canada from 2015 to 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Strategy and Corporate Development at Aimia Inc from 2013 to 2015, and various positions at McKinsey & Company, including Engagement Manager and Associate between 2004 and 2013. Early career experience includes serving as Project Manager in Finance and Capital Management at Desjardins from 2006 to 2007. Hugo holds an MBA in Management from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
