Ishwarya Ramiah

Ishwarya Ramiah is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality management. Currently serving as a Senior Eng Quality Assurance at Empower since May 2023, Ishwarya previously held various positions at Cognizant from July 2012 to September 2023, including Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities included leading service level testing for a major conversion project, coordinating QA requirements, and training offshore teams. Prior experience includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2008 to June 2012, where Ishwarya successfully executed testing for production support fixes and data migration projects. Ishwarya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai and completed higher secondary education in Computer Science at SPIC Nagar Higher Secondary School.
