Leiana Avila

Leiana Avila is an experienced marketing professional with expertise in email marketing, social media strategy, and event management. Currently serving as an Email Marketing Specialist at Empower since June 2023, Leiana has previously held roles as a Marketing Operations Specialist at UMass Global and a Marketing Specialist focused on membership at Girl Scouts of Orange County. With a strong background in managing email and direct mail campaigns using Salesforce, Leiana has also contributed to social media strategies for brand awareness and implemented various marketing initiatives throughout a diverse career. Educationally, Leiana holds a degree in Asia Studies from Arizona State University and is pursuing a certification in UX/UI Design from Springboard.
