Nick DeFelice is currently the Senior Manager of the PEO/PEP Implementation Team at Empower, where they focus on enhancing the customer experience through continuous improvement and employee development. Previously, Nick held senior roles at MassMutual Financial Group, including Senior Conversion Specialist and Senior Director of Installation/Conversion, managing teams and leading transformational initiatives. They began their career in roles at The Hartford and have consistently contributed to process improvements and team efficiency throughout their professional journey. Nick continues to pursue education at Central Connecticut State University.
