Wyatt Magee is currently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Data Protection, Privacy, and Cyber Security at Empower, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at LenderLive from 2010 to 2016 and as Associate Counsel at Wall Street On Demand from 2005 to 2010. Wyatt earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Colorado School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Vassar College.
