Matt Frank

Matt Frank has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt is currently working at Enboarder as the Manager of Customer Success USA, where they manage Enboarder's North American Customer Success Managers and assists with team growth and internal collaboration. Prior to this, they held the role of Interim Manager of US Customer Success Managers at Enboarder, where they delegated internal projects and enhanced customer experience. Before their roles at Enboarder, Matt worked at Procore Technologies as a Customer Success Manager for Majors and Mid-Market accounts in the construction industry. Matt developed and executed account strategies, built meaningful relationships with clients, and identified growth opportunities. Matt also has experience as a Client Partner at Convey Inc, an Onboarding Project Manager at AcademicWorks, a Moderator at Equipboard, and a Support Associate at Lyft. Additionally, they worked as a Consulting Video Engineer at Sony DADC, a Freelancer at DG/Treehouse Media, and a Video Editor at CGI Communications. Matt has a strong background in customer success, account management, project management, and video production.

Matt Frank began their education at Monroe Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts and General Studies. Matt then attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 2006 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting and Mass Communication. Additionally, Matt has obtained various certifications, including "Strategic Thinking" and "Connecting with Executives" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Matt has also acquired multiple certifications in construction management from LinkedIn and Procore Technologies, such as "Construction Management: Technology on the Jobsite" and "Procore Certified: Project Manager." Finally, Matt has obtained the "Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1" certification from SuccessHACKER in 2020.
