Thies Wrage is a strategic leader with extensive experience in business development and growth initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Strategic Growth & Expansion lead at encentive GmbH since September 2025, Thies is responsible for executing scaling efforts and driving growth within client businesses. Previously, Thies was the Head of Business Development at Baqend, where responsibilities included overseeing the go-to-market strategy for Speed Kit and achieving significant annual recurring revenue growth. Thies has also held positions at dentsu as a Corporate Development Working Student and Olympus EMEA as a Junior Product Manager. Educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business Management from Hochschule Osnabrück and Bachelor's degrees in International Business Management and Business Administration & Engineering from Beijing Foreign Studies University and Technische Hochschule Lübeck, respectively.
