Jeff Maaske

Jeff Maaske is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, credit underwriting, and equipment financing. Currently serving as the VP and Portfolio Manager at Encore Bank since January 2023, Jeff's prior roles include Senior Commercial Underwriter at Ascend Federal Credit Union and Vice President at Fountain Leasing, where Jeff managed the Middle Tennessee market for small to mid-sized business equipment financing. Jeff's career also encompasses positions as a commercial credit underwriter at Franklin Synergy Bank and AVP - Credit Analyst at Regions Bank, with a foundational background in sales and customer service dating back to the late 1980s. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
