Jodie Douglas

Jodie Douglas is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Endeavor Air. Jodie has over fifteen years of experience in the field of human resources, and has held leadership positions at both Aviation Technical Services and Delta Air Lines.

Douglas began their career in human resources at Aviation Technical Services in June 2010, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they provided HR leadership for an aviation maintenance provider with 1200 employees, and worked with company President and senior leadership to establish and implement successful business plans. Douglas also led the Human Resources organization of 12 professionals, and created a company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet the personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.

In February 2006, Douglas transitioned to Delta Air Lines, where they served as Managing Director of HR Operations. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of human resources for Delta Air Lines, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training and development. Douglas was responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels, and administering benefit programs such as health, retirement, death, disability, and unemployment.

Douglas has a proven track record of success in human resources, and has demonstrated their ability to lead and manage large organizations. Jodie is an expert in developing and implementing strategic plans, and has a deep understanding of the aviation industry. Douglas is a highly effective communicator and relationship builder, and is committed to creating a positive work environment for all employees.

Jodie Douglas has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Jodie also has certification from the American Compensation Association as a Certified Compensation Professional - CCP and certification from SHRM as a SHRM-SCP. Jodie is also certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Human Resource Professional - SPHR.
