Lance Robertson

CEO at Endeavor Energy Resources

Lance Robertson was appointed to Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Energy Resources, LP on September 24, 2020. Mr. Robertson joined Endeavor as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Development in January 2017. He was formerly with Marathon Oil Company as Vice President of US Unconventional Resources with oversight of North America Unconventional Business Units, Technology Application, Land, Supply Chain, and Exploration efforts. Prior to his role at Marathon, Mr. Robertson served as Vice President of Engineering and Exploitation at Pioneer Natural Resources. Mr. Robertson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Robertson currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Permian Basin Petroleum Association (PBLA) and Texas A&M University’s Department of Petroleum Engineering Industry Advisory Board. He is also an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers’ Distinguished Lecturer Committee. Mr. Robertson and his family are involved in the Midland community and enjoy volunteering their time with Midland Rape Crises and Children’s Advocacy Center, Breaking Bread, Upward Sports, and First Presbyterian Church.
