Sonia di Battista

Sonia Di Battista is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Enel Group since October 2002, where key roles have included DEIB, Wellbeing & Welfare Specialist, and Diversity & Inclusion Specialist. In these roles, Sonia has led initiatives such as the Wellbeing for Teams project, designed global surveys, and implemented cultural change projects focusing on diversity and inclusion. Additional responsibilities have included defining global training processes, managing online training platforms, and developing training projects for corporate environments. Prior to Enel, Sonia gained experience in web marketing, business game development, and marketing consultancy, along with a background in business and technical translation. Sonia holds a Master's degree in Multimedia Communication and Digital Publishing from Sapienza Università di Roma and a degree in Economics & Business from Luiss Guido Carli University.
