Rodolphe Paul Mbimbe

Rodolphe Paul Mbimbe has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rodolphe Paul started their career in 2001 as an HSE Pump Station Construction Manager at COTCO, where they implemented effective HSE management approaches resulting in two years without fatalities. In 2005, they joined AES SONEL as an HSE Manager and later became an HSE Construction Manager, overseeing CAPEX projects and improving HSE performance. In 2010, they worked at AES SONEL - AES Corp Affiliate as a Contract Administration, Monitoring & Claim Manager, ensuring all critical business activities were covered by contracts. From 2013 to 2023, they held multiple roles at AES SONEL, including Supplier Relation Manager and Fuel, Gas & Lubricant Director, where they optimized stock management and implemented supplier management strategies. Since 2017, they have been working at Eneo Cameroon S.A. as the Director of Competencies Development & Training, and currently as the Deputy Director Investment for Loss Reduction & Director of PERACE Project.
