Fran Strong

Fran Strong has extensive experience in IT management, having held various managerial positions at notable companies such as Direct Energy, Enercare Inc., and Enbridge. At Direct Energy, Fran Strong served as Manager of IS Development & Support from July 2010 to May 2015, after previously managing Production & Operations Support. Fran Strong's role involved leading technical analyst support teams and utilizing ITIL methodologies to effectively handle incidents, problems, and service requests. Prior to Direct Energy, significant contributions were made at Enbridge as Manager of Production Support. Fran Strong holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from York University, completed between 1995 and 1998.
