Bala Santhanam

Bala Santhanam is an experienced professional in the field of energy systems and grid integration, currently serving as the Team Lead Grid Integration for Global Markets at ENERCON since November 2019. Prior to this role, Bala worked as a Sales-Grid Integration Engineer at ENERCON and held a part-time position as a Still Room Assistant at Park House Hotel & Restaurant. With a background as a Project Engineer at Winpro Power Solutions, Bala contributed to high-profile solar projects and evaluated the performance of existing solar systems. Early career experience includes a role as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Solkar Solar Industry Limited, focusing on the planning and production of solar products and R&D activities. Bala holds a Master's degree in Energy Systems Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
