Marie Chantalat

Marie Chantalat is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Responsable RH Exploitation France at ENERCON since October 2019, where responsibilities include implementing HR strategies for Western Europe, managing HR coordinators, supporting operational directors during organizational changes, and overseeing annual HR processes. Previously, Marie held the position of HR Business Partner for Northern and Eastern France, focusing on HR advisory for managers, ensuring resource alignment with operational needs, and managing health and safety-related cases. Prior to ENERCON, Marie worked at Cetim as an HR Executive, managing employment development and HR administration for a multi-site workforce, and held roles as a Training Officer at Allianz France and Faurecia, as well as a recruitment officer at AUSY. Marie Chantalat holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
