Kimberly Gress

Kimberly Gress is the Chief Customer Success Officer and Vice President of Customer Success at Energage, a role held since April 2019. As the founder of C2O Advisors, Kimberly specializes in business process improvement for companies transitioning from start-up to growth stages, utilizing the SARA model. Previously, Kimberly served as Vice President of Operations at WizeHive, COO at Tesorio, and Vice President of Client Services at Boomi, Inc. Additionally, Kimberly's experience includes significant roles at SunGard Higher Education and SCT, where responsibilities ranged from General Manager to Development Manager. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
