Olaf Thalmann

Olaf Thalmann has extensive experience in strategic company development, personnel development, coaching, and project management within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at energielenker Gruppe since March 2022, Olaf Thalmann is responsible for corporate restructuring and management of shared services. Previous roles include Prokurist and Head of E-Mobility and PV Technology at energielenker service GmbH, as well as Branch Manager at Rotork, where responsibilities encompassed restructuring, process analysis, and business development. Olaf Thalmann has also held positions in technical service management and planning roles in various organizations since 2001. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieurin from Fachhochschule Münster and certifications as a Geprüfter Technischer Betriebswirt and Vertriebsleiter (IHK).
